Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver
This form is designed for individuals who are unable to pay the filing and/or biometrics fees for certain applications or petitions. Generally, an applicant may request to waive the application fees for the following forms: I-90, I-191, I-751, I-765, I-817, I-821, I-881, N-300, N-336, N-400, N-470, N-565, N-600, and N-600K. Biometrics fees may be requested to be waived for any petition or application. In addition, certain qualified applicants may apply for a fee waiver for forms: I-131, I-192, I-193, I-212, I-290B, I-485, I-539, and I-601. However, applying for a fee waiver does not guarantee that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will automatically waive the application fees.
